Project: The Merchant Club

NEANOR Projects has partnered with ownership and development teams at Rockbridge Capital to deliver a new private membership club within their 32-story, 700,000-square-foot vertical neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio.

Opening in Q1 2027, the scope includes concept development, membership strategy, operational design, and pre-opening planning, guided by best-in-class domestic and international club benchmarks.
